Pay Your Tuition Bill

  • Mosaic Day School uses the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan as our only form of accepting tuition payments. All families will need to enroll in FACTS by July 1. (Please note that this will not apply to non-tuition paying VPK students.)

    When you enroll for the 2017 school year, we will send you an email with information on how to access you FACTS account. You will be able to view all of your payment activity online, change payment method from month to month, make additional payments, view previous/upcoming payments and set up text message notifications.

    The registration fee deadline is also May 1 and should be paid directly to Mosaic Day School by cash, check or credit card. The first month’s tuition payment should be made via FACTS and is due either Aug. 1 or Aug. 15, depending on which monthly date you prefer, and will be due by the same date each month thereafter.

    The budgeted payments will be processed by FACTS in one of two methods.

    1. Payments transferred by your bank on either the 1st or 15th of the month
    2. Payments processed by credit card on either the 1st or 15th of each month (a 2.75% “convenience fee” will be charged to credit card payments)
