  • Enrollment Process

    Applicants are considered on a rolling admission, when space is available. Mosaic Day School will assess your child based on individual strengths and challenges.

    The Enrollment Process includes the following steps:

    Step 1       Complete and submit the Application Form below.

    Step 2       Once we receive your completed Application Form, our Admissions Committee will determine if your child will be invited for a classroom visit.

    Step 3       Following the classroom visit and observation, the Admissions Committee will use all of the information we have collected about your child, including classroom space and dynamics, classroom visit observations and previous assessment data, if applicable, to determine the appropriateness of our program for your child.

    Step 4       The school coordinator will then confer with parents as to the admissions decision. If the Admissions Committee has determined that your child will benefit from our program, the school coordinator will give you an Enrollment Packet to complete and submit back to the school before your child starts attending Mosaic Day School.
